OREIA is a non-profit business league dedicated to uniting and supporting real estate investors, landlords, and entrepreneurs. Since 1989, we’ve strengthened the businesses of Ohio housing providers through our local associations, annual conferences, and legislative action.

We believe that a strong, active, educated body of housing providers is key to our state’s livability and economic health. So whether you’re a landlord, rental property owner, wholesaler, retailer, lease/option or land contract aficionado, or a little of all of the above, we’re here to support you.

Membership is open to real estate associations and individuals, and your membership fees support OREIA’s continuing mission to make Ohio a better, more investor-friendly, more profitable place for you to buy, sell, and hold real estate.
